SUMMARY:Navigating Rupture & Repair with Resonant Language
DESCRIPTION:When ruptures occur in relationships\, they can create a sense of “static” in a relationship. There can be an undercurrent of disharmony. Distrust. Confusion. Overwhelm. When ruptures occur\, people may experience needs for acknowledgment. To be understood. For a shared reality. For protection. (And perhaps many more needs.) After a rupture\, whether it is appropriate for repair to occur in that relationship or not\, practicing the tools of resonant language (even with oneself) can bring greater safety\, seeing\, sensemaking\, security\, and soothing. \nThis offering is available for CSAW staff.
