DESCRIPTION:Being Pivotal People is helping adults to be with and for children so all children can flourish. The 8 part Being Pivotal People course equips adults with learning and tools to offer children safety\, seeing\, soothing\, security\, and sensemaking. It is also a space where participants practice self-accompaniment. \nCourse 2\, Making Sense of Our Experiences & Stories\, is a space for participants to understand why sensemaking is important for children’s well-being and to deepen sensemaking of our own stories and experiences. \nThis offering is available for Protect Our Children coordinators and members.
